Kids Sizes

Yes, we make these shirts for kids too. You don't need to look for a separate product, and you won't find kids sizes in the main size buttons. They live in their own section a little further down the product page.

How to order a kids size

1. Open the product you want.
2. Scroll just past the adult size buttons.
3. Click the section that says "Need a kids size? Add it here" to open it.
4. Enter the kids size you need, using the chart below.
5. Add to cart as usual.

That section is collapsed by default, so it's easy to scroll straight past. If you didn't spot it the first time, you're not the first.

Kids size chart

If you already know your kid's US numeric size, that's the fastest way in. Otherwise go by the measurements, which are in inches and taken on the garment laid flat, not on the body.

• Chest width is measured across the chest, armpit to armpit.
• Body length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.

Kids measurements carry a tolerance of up to one inch, since every shirt is cut and printed to order. Adult sizes vary up to half an inch.

These are the same numbers you'll see in the Sizing Chart link on any product page, where the US numeric size appears in brackets next to the letter.

A kids size is not a small adult size

Worth saying plainly, because the letters repeat across both ranges: some kids sizes have exactly the same width as an adult size, but they are much shorter.

Kids XL and Adult M are the same width. The kids one is two and a half inches shorter. So the letter on its own doesn't tell you much. Go by the length.

Not every product offers every size, so check what's available on the product page you're looking at.

The easiest way to get it right

If the numeric size still leaves you guessing, this is the reliable way. Take a shirt that already fits your kid, lay it flat on a table, and measure it:

• Across the chest, armpit to armpit. That's your width.
• From the top of the shoulder straight down to the hem. That's your length.

Match those two numbers to the chart above. If you land between two sizes, go up one. Kids grow; shirts don't.

What if I order the wrong size?

You have 30 days to return it, for any reason. Send it back and we'll sort it out. Non-personalized items only. Personalized pieces are produced exactly as entered and are Final Sale.
