1. Overview

This website is operated by USA Esscape Life. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Products & pricing

  • Product images are for illustration; slight variations in color and material may occur, especially on made-to-order printed items.
  • Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by them (with a full refund).
  • We may limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or reseller purchases.

3. Personalized products

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of personalization text (names, dates, colors). Items are produced exactly as submitted; typos in submitted text are not defects.
  • You must have the right to use any name or content you submit. We refuse content that is hateful, obscene, defamatory, infringes trademarks/copyright, or is otherwise unlawful — such orders may be cancelled and refunded.
  • Personalized items are non-returnable except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Orders & payment

By placing an order you confirm the information provided is accurate and you are authorized to use the payment method. Order changes and cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.

5. Shipping & risk

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery to the address you provided. See our Shipping Policy for claims on lost or damaged packages.

6. Product care & use

Apparel and home decor should be cared for and used as intended — please follow the care instructions on each product page to keep items looking their best. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage or loss arising from improper care or misuse of products.

7. Intellectual property

All site content — designs, product photos, text, logos — belongs to USA Esscape Life or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

8. User content & reviews

By submitting reviews or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where USA Esscape Life is registered. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
