How do I personalize my order (name, date, color)?

On products that offer it, type your details into the personalization box before adding to cart. Please double-check spelling — your item is produced exactly as entered.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — within 12 hours of ordering, before production begins. Email cs@usaesscapelife.com with your order number and the change you need. After that window, production has started and orders can no longer be changed.

Will I get a preview or proof before my item is made?

No — personalized items are produced exactly as the text you enter, so we don't send proofs or preview images. Please review your spelling and details carefully before checkout, since that's exactly what will be made.
