How long does shipping take?

Each order is made to order — 1–3 business days in production, then 3–5 business days standard shipping within the US. Every order includes tracking.

How do I track my order?

Use our Track Order page with your order number and email, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. The United States is our main market, but we also ship worldwide at a flat rate — typically 7–18 business days depending on destination and customs. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

My package is lost or arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
